Speech templates
Speech templates send your portrait, script and selected language through Kie.ai to image, speech and avatar providers for generation and safety review. The current voice provider is Gemini 3.1 Flash TTS. Your script, task metadata and approved media references are stored server-side and associated with your signed-in account. Prepared media is available only to that account and expires for new video creation after 20 hours. Provider retention policies also apply.
Photo animations
All uploaded photos and custom text are sent via Kie.ai to its model provider for safety screening before preview and creation, including free mode. Free animation is then rendered in your browser. Sign-in is required for safety checks. We do not store input photo bytes in our database. Photos are temporarily uploaded to Kie.ai for screening; Kie states uploaded files are deleted after 24 hours. External model providers process media under their own retention policies.
AI generation
When you choose AI generation, your photo and template instructions are sent to our video provider: Kie.ai for people templates, or Kie.ai / Volcengine Ark for pet and product templates. Kie.ai temporarily hosts uploaded reference images and states these uploads are deleted after 24 hours. Only upload your own adult portrait or a portrait every depicted adult has authorized, or pet and product photos you have permission to use. Do not upload sensitive personal information.
Content safety
Nudity, sexual content, sexualized depictions, minors in human templates, graphic violence and gore are prohibited. Generated videos and audio are screened before release. Uncertain or unavailable checks block release. Automated screening can make mistakes; unreviewed legacy videos are withheld.
Account and records
Google sign-in uses your verified Google account ID, name and email. Email sign-in uses a one-time code sent through Cloudflare Email Service. Codes expire after five minutes, are stored as hashes and are not logged. We store your verified email and an account identifier to associate your credits and creations. Google passwords are never shared with SnapToClip, and email sign-in does not require a password. A signed, secure HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in. AI provider result URLs may expire. Download completed results promptly.
Payments
Payment details are handled by Waffo on its hosted checkout. Card details do not pass through our application. Paid AI generation is unavailable until checkout is activated.
Your choices
Contact support@snaptoclip.com for account, privacy or deletion requests. Include only the information needed to identify your request; never send passwords, verification codes or payment card details. Public paid launch remains disabled until the remaining acceptance checks are complete.
